Morgan ensures that every first impression with Elite is a lasting one. As Director of Client Onboarding, she assesses client needs and ensures a seamless and consistent experience. Morgan is proudly Alberta born-and-raised, and she completed her post-secondary education at Mount Royal University. Prior to Elite, she gained nearly a decade of corporate travel experience in a global competitor’s operations department. Notably, Morgan has been recognized as #1 Corporate Travel Manager throughout Canada and Top 10% Worldwide. She finds it greatly rewarding to assist companies with new travel programs and make a difference in their travellers’ lives. Morgan is a seasoned industry expert with experience booking every type of travel and destination, and having travelled her fair share, she leads with genuine empathy when travel doesn’t go as planned. In addition to travel, Morgan loves live music, golf, great restaurants and cocktails, and time with her family and friends.

Adam brings more than a decade of business travel experience to the helm of Elite Travel Management. Having earned his stripes with a number of major industry players before his time with Elite, Adam is an individual Global Award Winner and has earned several management awards for top producing teams. His impeccable client retention is industry renowned. Adam has a passion for consistent innovation of Elite’s model that ensures a best-in-class client experience.

Outside of Elite and entrepreneur initiatives, You can find him golfing, playing hockey, or reading professional development books that he will passionately share key takeaways with all that are willing to listen. Adam, his wife, and daughter love to travel and check out the latest food trends in each city!

As a Travel Associate with Elite Travel Management, Amanda delivers 24/7 dedicated care to a wide array of clients and industries. She also plays a key role in developing and maintaining Elite’s exclusive client appreciation programs. Prior to joining Elite, Amanda graduated with honours from the Travel and Tourism program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). She went on to successfully complete a 4-month summer position with a major North American railway transportation company, and it was here that her love for corporate travel took shape. In addition to building relationships with her clients and team members, Amanda is fueled by the challenging and dynamic nature of her role. Outside of Elite, Amanda has a longstanding love for competitive sports and fitness. She feels fortunate to have travelled with family and friends over the years and is always looking forward to her next travel experience.
